I had an excellent experience at Stanton Optical on Bobby Jones Expressway. The staff was welcoming and professional, and the entire process—from the eye exam to picking up my contact lenses—was smooth and efficient. They made sure I was comfortable with the fitting and took the time to answer all my questions. I really appreciated how quick and convenient everything was. Highly recommend this location if you're looking for contacts or an eye exam!

I was very nervous and worried about my eye health and how expensive the entire experience could be. But Stephanie was absolutely perfect with making me feel comfortable during my eye exam. She was very sweet and polite. I'm very thankful for her help. Beth was absolutely amazing! She cared for me and made me laugh and feel extremely comfortable. Beth went above and beyond and I'm extremely thankful for her kindness and positivity and her excitement to help me get the best care I could. Thank you to everyone for their awesome energy. I'm very happy with my experience with Beth and Stephanie.

Came here with my partner a month ago to get him an eye exam and contacts. They took his insurance and the nice older gentleman had ended up helping us and that was nice. Today we went back at 5:30pm. The young guy at the register was having trouble with the computer and seemed bothered. We could tell he was over it from the start. My partner wants to order Contacts again and wanted to see how much it would cost with our insurance and the person kept telling us we had to make a VSP account and would not listen to us when we were trying to tell them about our insurance. He had told us that all their emails were deleted so he couldn’t see it. I asked him twice if he could write down the web link and I got attitude for it so booooo! We went to the other location on Washington Road and it was very easy to pull up the profile and insurance information. They were able to pull up the info no problem. They even said it was easy.

This is a great team with excellent customer service! Claude helped me pick out glasses and contacts last month. But, the contact brand that I chose ended up irritating my eyes, so I came back to switch them out. When I switched them out, the new contacts ended up being more expensive than the previous ones. Claude generously paid for my contacts out of his own pocket because he wanted to honor his word that I could switch them out for free. This was completely unexpected but it was a very nice gesture of him. I would highly recommend this location because of this team’s professionalism and kindness with their clientele.

i had an AMAZING experience!! the entire staff from start to finish was so helpful! Stephanie walked me through my exam, and explained in thorough detail everything she was checking, and why. After Janelle and Claude helped me pick out frames and find the best deal possible for my budget. everyone was so nice!! i will definitely be back!!
