I took my son to fill his eyeglass prescription a little over 3 weeks ago. We wanted protective sports frames and stanton had something similar which was good. Wait time is long..+ 3weeks but what was disturbing is that they were unable to adjust the frames at the shop on washington road. My son’s frames fit loosely on his head and they said they are unable to adjust them. Additionally , they didn’t give us a case for the glasses. They sent us home with a cloth covering. I don’t recommend stanton optical to anyone and I won’t be going back.

Mrs. Beth was very helpful, and answer my questions very well about the glasses. She is welcoming and greeting every customer who gets in the door and also she make sure the customer get assisted. After i finish the processing with Mrs. Beth, i know i am in a good hand. She is very nice and knowledgeable about her job. A person like her, will make you fell to go back again to her store and also i want to refers others to get good assistance for any eye care needs they have.

Amazing Experience at Stanton Optical! My husband and I recently visited Stanton Optical because he needed new glasses. It had been a long time since he’d had a pair, and with his specific prescription, finding frames he really liked has always been a challenge. When we walked into the store, we were warmly greeted by a consultant who encouraged us to browse freely and assured us someone would be available to help when we were ready. We took some time looking around and found a couple of frames that we liked, but we still hadn’t found “the one.” That’s when Elizabeth came over to check on us—and that’s when everything changed. She asked a few thoughtful questions and then took the lead, helping my husband search for frames that matched his preferences. Incredibly, the very first pair she picked out was perfect. She continued searching just to give us options, but honestly, she nailed it right away. Elizabeth was kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She made the entire process smooth, comfortable, and even fun. Her attention to detail and commitment to helping us find the right pair of glasses was truly impressive. We left the store feeling cared for and completely satisfied. I highly recommend Stanton Optical to anyone in need of glasses or contacts. Thank you so much Beth and Team! I got the best help from Elizabeth and Abby at the Stanton Optical store and they were great. They worked with me and got a payment within my budget for a pair of glasses, which is wonderful nowadays they really worked hard to get this. Get me as many discounts as I could within my budget and that was difficult, they worked hard and I hugged him when I left so Santa is the best place

The store manager Beth was amazing! The store was busy. She stopped what she was doing and assisted me completely and figuring out what I needed to do for my insurance due to the system being down. She was relentless and did everything she could to get me taken care of. This is what I call Customer service at its best!
