Poorly maintained roads throughout the place. There are random trees in the middle of the roads near the barn making it difficult to get trailers close enough to the barns for loading and unloading. Be very careful with a gooseneck trailer, if you don’t pay attention to the grade and the berms in the middle of the road you can easily damage your truck bed.

We stayed here as part of Harvest Hosts in our RV. The grounds are gorgeous! The trails are amazing and everything is just beautiful. Everywhere you turn is another postcard. There were no events happening while we were there but they certainly have the facilities to pull off a great event. Lots of people riding horses and the staff were very friendly. The kids had a great time just running around and rolling down the hills. The dogs had a great time running around too! We opted for full hookups since it was so cold but lots of beautiful places to boondock as well.

We initially planned to stay here under our Harvest Host membership and boondock, however, our generator decided it was way too hot to work this weekend. We arrived and were greeted by staff in a golf cart to show us to our site. Initially we went to a boondocking site in a field near a nice shade tree. Very scenic and gorgeous location near the empty corrals. We setup, powered everything on and then a few minutes later, our generator wouldn't hold a load. We called the staff to check the availability of a site and were immediately given a site next to the "Kennels". Hookups were fine although we did have to reposition ourselves to be level. All utilities were fine although we did have a power outage due to our surge protector. It was storming so probably a nearby lightning strike caused a brief surge as this was an isolated incident The next morning we stopped by the show office to get a map and details of the days events. We also picked up some souvenirs for our stay as well. The property was gorgeous and well cared for. Activities for the day included a Dressage and Cross Country riding. We walked the grounds and explored the property and the buildings. There is a great food truck on site for some breakfast and some awesome ribs for lunch! Overall we had a great overnight stay and we would love to come back and spend some more time here. I haven't been around horses since I was a kid and this stay made me miss our horses from when I was growing up.

This wasn't a bucket list item, but sometimes you have to deviate from the plan and we are so glad we did. Owners are very kind, Chelsea was outstanding, and we got a bonus education on equestrian competitions. We highly recommend this stopover and will be back.

The stables were just beautiful! The scenery was gorgeous (minus the construction) my only complaint would be the 1 bathroom ☹. When you have so many kids and people it's difficult to enough with 1 bathroom but it's also very small so taking your small children with you is horrible!I
