For a company the size of them to not be able to help clients over the phone. It's unbelievable. I walked into a store to pay so that a closer branch in a different city that's closer to the job can drop off. But when does it make sense that it can't be done. Dissatisfied. As a manager in a location they are usually ones to assist make a simple exception. But that to me is not smart business

Got treated like a scammer for simply trying to return material because of an insurance dispute. My client and her insurance were in a disagreement and needed me to return material in exchange for a different color. I clarified this to the staff calmly and I was very understanding of their concerns. In return I was interrogated and belittled until my client was forced to clarify everything while she was in the middle of work. Crazy how you can spend $5 in a fast food restaurant and be treated with kindness and respect, but when you go to a SRS Dist. to buy hundreds or thousands worth of supplies you are seen as a fraud.

Love this place. Always friendly and funny employees and always know what they’re doing. Usually is a smooth experience the multiple times I’ve been there.

Customer service is horrible. Cant believe they will not take a payment over the phone when they have before. Couldn’t finish my project today because of their ridiculous policy.
