Just so happen two weeks ago my son went to the bank called me and said I met a lady that knows you. It was Asst. Manager Latoya Richardson, CCUFC on Augusta West Parkway Branch. She helped my son to secure a loan to purchase his first car and he went all on his own. He felt so confident after dealing with her. He said she helped him so much and helped him become more knowledgeable about the way financing and loans work with purchasing cars. Each time he went to a dealership he wanted to call her for advice. Lol. She gained a new young adult client and he gained a personal banker! I have been with SRP for five years and my acct was dormant with funds in it. Today Asst. Manager Latoya Richardson, CCUFC on Augusta West Parkway Branch made my day. I left with hope, feeling invested in my financial future and guest what I had my daughter with me and before I left she opened an checking and savings acct for my daughter with a plan to save her own money. She was patient, kind, and she bonded with my daughter and I. She answered all of our questions, she helped me where I am technically slow 😅,she explained way to prevent paying extra fees on my account because of my lack of knowledge, she explained options to build interest on my account, I left with instructions on building my credit score, she was joyful, professional, and as for me when HOSPITALITY or CUSTOMER SERVICE is top notch I'll stay just for the pleasant encounter! She was all around EXCELLENT! Thank you Augusta West Parkway! I highly recommend this branch. It was clean and quiet. Oh and I was spotted today! I was so surprised and it was a needed blessing! LOOK AT GOD! You receive a SRP sticker and if a SRP rep sees your sticker out in public on your vehicle they will let you know you have been spotted and they will provide you with $100! I had tears in my eyes not just for the money but for the blessing and the entire experience I had today. It lifted me up and my daughter left proud and just she entered...

Muhammad Brown - WOW. He really knows his stuff. He made the purchasing of a used car a breeze! The auto loan process was simple and easy. He took the time to answer all my questions promptly. And all this through email mind you. Would recommend if you care about quality customer service.

It was so impersonal. The AWPKWY location is great for people who want to go into the building and have minimal face to face interactions. There is a wall of phones that connects you to a teller. You could hear the tellers talking ‘somewhere’ just not in front of you. The monitor only opens when the teller speaks to you. I am not a fan, but it may be great for others. They were quite efficient tho.

Excellent experience. Customer service was prompt and delightful. Latoya Richardson was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you all so much. I will recommend to all my friends and family.

the absolute worst drive up atm. its in a weird spot, hard to reach if youre not in a big vehicle, and watch out for your wheels because youre going to scrape them. not sure why they moved it but it was a bad choice.
