Update: while I love everyone here. It has become VERY frustrating to get someone to call or even email me a copy of my cats rabies shot that he received from them last September. My cat is a formal feral cat, he fought off a fox and saved one of my hens. Now I need a copy of it and I can not get them to answer the phone, call me back or even email me back the information I need for him! When I took him for his shots last September all they gave me was this tag with his name written on this sticky note and the date he received it. The other vet says they need an actual copy of it. Everyone is so nice. Dr.Martin is great with all of our animals. We actually enjoy brining our pets to see her. They make you feel right at home.

Dr. Martin at Springwood Veterinary Clinic is truly exceptional. When my mom and her dog were attacked, she showed incredible kindness and compassion, providing not just expert medical care but also genuine support during a difficult time. She goes above and beyond for both her animal patients and their humans, ensuring they receive the best care possible. If you’re looking for a veterinarian who is both skilled and deeply caring, you won’t go wrong with Dr. Martin.

Springwood was recommended to me after I needed to find a new vet. At first, everything was okay. They didn't have my dog's thyroid test, but my dog did well with the vet giving him his rabies shot. My dog is on three medications, one of which he was almost out of. The vet told me to use their online pharmacy, and I paid for an expedited order. Then the issues started. The online pharmacy was unable to send my dog's medications because they could not get a hold of the vet office for almost a week for the vet to verify the dosages. I tried calling the office, and even showed up in in person twice to resolve this. No answer when I called, and the two separate days I went, the office was not open due to an emergency. The order for my dog's medications was cancelled. By this time, he had been out of one his meds for 3 days. I had to get refills for two of his meds from his old vet because I could not get the office to answer my call or to return my messages. My dog was also supposed to get his blood work done last Friday, which already had to be rescheduled due to them not having the thyroid test. I took time off work for this appointment, and I received a text a few hours before his appointment stating that it has been cancelled. I am EXTREMELY disappointed in this office. Their lack of communication is unacceptable and led to my dog being out of meds because their online pharmacy could not reach them for a week. And you bet I still haven't received a callback to discuss getting my dog's meds or rescheduling his blood work. To anyone looking to use Springwood Vet: DON'T.

If you have any doubt about coming to this office, throw it away now the doctor and the staff are simply amazing. Good kindhearted people. I had an emergency today with my pup and this was their surgery day. They weren’t taking patients yet after I talked to them and told him what was going on. They told me to bring her in. They were very attentive and took wonderful care of her, you were truly try them one time and you will be hooked

Picked up my SIL's dog from being boarded here for a few days. The receptionist was very nice and friendly and the place looked clean. They gave Truffle a physical and updated his shots while he was there. No need for a second trip! He looked happy and health at pick up and came with a Report Card.
