Spray Foam Genie Augusta

This is absolutely, hands down, the best customer service I have experienced in the last 20 years. They kept me informed, respected my house and the contents, always yes sir and no sir, all though not required, and did an outstanding job with the spray foam. They came to me as a spray foam business, and I became their customer. However, today they finished and left my house as new friends! I can’t say enough about how awesome the Genie truly is to do business with!!!

Sprayfoam Genie is one of the best contractors that I have ever worked with! I have been in development and construction my whole career and know the difference between a good contractor and a bad one. They performed work on my personal home in Atlanta after working on a friend’s townhouse in Augusta. It is so nice to have a contractor that actually communicates well, shows up on time cleans up after themselves. They performed all of this at a very fair price. I would be happy to talk to any customer who is interested in using Sprayfoam Genie for any project they are working on. The owners are dedicated to providing the highest quality of service to their customers and personally came out to coordinate the work. If you are considering using Spray Foam, you really need to speak to Nathan or Tiffany and get an estimate!!!

The crew was professional and knew what they were doing. They came prepared to do the job and completed it in a short time frame. After the job was complete, I was shown pictures of the walls prior to spraying and after spraying from the same perspective, which assured me the pictures were of my job. There was a follow up call the next day to explain the warranty, permanent, and see if I had any concerns. Great experience. Recommend these folks to anyone needing spray foam insulation.

This company is a complete JOKE, I’ve been waiting 30 days for my $5400 refund due to their cancellation. My gut was right any company that needs a deposit on a small job such as this encapsulation is a red flag. Communication is horrible, it seems like they’re understaffed and making excuses on why the money isn’t refunded. This is my 2nd attempt vs direct contact. Next step is contacting my lawyer. I hope this reaches the right eyes & ears.

Nathan came out and gave my wife and I an amazing experience! We will definitely work with them for any future insulation needs.
