if i could give them a 0 star review i would. this person was absolutely disrespectful. DO NOT REQUEST A RIDE FROM HERE!! LITERALLY SAID CALL “SOMEONE ELSE I AM NOT COMIN TO YOUR TRAILER. I AM NOT YOUR SLAVE!” he was outside for 2 minutes before he pulled off. he didn’t even bother to blow the horn to tell us he was here.

One of these drivers tried to run me off the road. I’m pregnant and had my other daughter on the car. Reckless drivers be careful with them

Do not use this firm if you are on any sort of schedule. Didn’t turn up, ignored calls and texts. Still no explanation from them for the no show. Thanks to the kindness of neighbours I made my airport shuttle with a minute to spare, otherwise I’d have missed my flight. Really lousy service. Not even worthy of one star, but that’s what you have to give before you can write a review and warn others to steer clear of this lot!

If I could give zero stars I would. I am a nurse andni waited with the patient for 45 minutes and called for updates. I was told 15-20 minutes. Then I was given a number to an actual taxi driver who said it would be over an hour. I called the original number and told the man that I needed to know the real time frame or I would call elsewhere. He said, call someone else. Horrible service. No customer service and just lost a lot of possible business

This was the best taxi ride I have had! They were professional. Carla & Steven were so nice and quick and accommodating! We tried for 2 hours for Uber but no one would come get us. Carla and Steven came within 15 minutes of calling. Thank you so much!!
