I recently had a very professional experience with Spartan Mechanical. The team removed and replaced two old units with new ones, including condensers, air handlers, and smart thermostats, in just one day. They were prompt, thorough, and cleaned up after themselves. The owner, David, and lead technician, Caleb, provided excellent communication throughout the process. The quote included multiple options with links to facilitate research. Additionally, they registered the units and sent me the registration confirmation via email. I highly recommend Spartan Mechanical.

We remodeled our home and had several companies come out and quote us on a new system. It was going to require new duct work and moving the location of the system to a new spot. After talking to several companies, a friend recommended I call Spartan. They came out and LISTENED to what I wanted and made recommendations to save us money and improvements that would enhance the comfort of the home. They were not pushy and very polite. The Heat Pump system we purchased has a dual fuel emergency heat and a variable speed SEER 18. The system and duct work has made our home very pleasant both in the winter and summer, and my energy bill has gone down substantially. All our guests have noticed the comfort and have commented on how quiet the system is. From the front office, sales rep, installers and techs, they all ensured we had a very pleasant and professional experience! We highly recommend Spartan.

I have used Spartan for the last 3 1/2 years for my seasonal services and some mechanical issues. When it came time to replace my unit, the Spartan team was wonderful and gave me quote with different options to choose from. They installed the new unit with no issues and even followed up when a $400 rebate for my new unit came available. Everyone from Spartan has always been professional and very helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. In fact I have and my friends are just as happy!

Spartan has installed HVAC systems at 2 different properties for me. With my recent move, I anticipate they will be installing another at this "new to me" property. Their workers are clean, timely, respectful and honest. Even their vehicles are kept clean. Spartan may not be the cheapest in town, but they are very reputable. I highly recommend Spartan Heating & Air Conditioning.

Zero complaints. Very efficient with both diagnosing the problem and fixing it quickly. Spartan is contracted through my apartment complex. My AC went out the Friday prior to memorial day. So I was without AC until the following Tuesday. (Not Spartans fault!) The gentleman that came out to rescue me and my dogs and cat from the oppressive heat was fantastic. I highly recommend. And if there is an emergency involving your AC during a holiday, they do have someone on call to come out!!
