Sparkle Express Car Wash

We had a great experience at this car wash and I want to highlight the great customer service from CJay! He was polite and helpful right from the beginning. First he helped us set up our membership, making for a very easy experience. After we went through the wash we parked in the vacuum area to clean the car and he gave us our RFID tag for our membership. We spent 5-10 minutes cleaning the inside of our car when CJay came back to our car and mentioned that he noticed our wheels and windows weren’t shined; he mentioned that he didn’t think the wash ran the correct package and told us to go through again to correct the mistake. I personally would have never noticed any of this and would have been happy with the wash we already had but CJay went out of his way to ensure we got what we paid for and that we were satisfied with our experience! Thank you to CJay for the outstanding customer service!

The owner and his staff are "Spot-On"!! Good outfit to deal with and have your automobiles looking good throughout the week. ⚔️💂🇬🇧💂⚔️ **I was prompted for an update: I believe your PSI from your overhead nozzles is set to high and/or too fine of an adjustment on the jet stream. I say this because I can hear the difference in sound above my head when those nozzles are jet streaming on the roof. It sounds like the PSI is stripping the paint off the car with incredible force.

Phenomenal staff! Kane and the rest of the staff are great. Sparkle has always delivered great service and phenomenal washes on all of my vehicles.

The Windsor Springs location by far cleans my vehicle the best. Service aren’t always the best, because vacuums are always broken. The car wash tunnel also stopped working once while I was there, but a guy in a red shirt, I think his name tag said CJ, fixed it. He got everyone through safely and without damage to any vehicles. Despite those issues, the place seems to be ran a lot better.

This was the first time and will be my last time went tru the car wash got the 44 car wash at that and it messed up my car when I went back up there I was told they tru my piece that came off my car in the trash very rude and disrespectful Don't waste your time going there
