Sparkle Express Car Wash

I really like the convenience of this location. It’s been awesome to have the membership and a clean car all the time. Recently I feel like it’s improved as well; I used to think every visit was a crap shoot whether my car would get clean or not. But I’m happy to see it’s been more consistent. I have been extremely impressed with this business and the team at this location. I feel like is really customer oriented. On my most recent visit, a team member named Aaron was extremely professional and curtious. Aaron was very patient and took his time to help straighten out a few issues that I had with a membership which I had recently purchased (the issue was of my own making, admittedly). Nevertheless, Aaron helped me out with a warm welcome and generous personality. I have told numerous acquaintances about this business and the team members there that make it such a great experience. Please, keep up the great work! 👌🏼

It is always so easy and quick to get through this car wash. All of the employees are helpful and available whenever I need help too. I especially like going in the morning because it isn’t as busy and I can usually get the car washed and vacuumed in about 10 minutes.

I went to the location on Washington Rd in Augusta GA. The attendant that assisted me with my payment and setting up my account was very thorough and considerate not to mention patient. His name was David I thought he was the owner at first because he was so well spoken & informative. He really surprised me when he told me he was still new on the job. The car wash was great everything worked properly, the tire shine actually went on my tires instead of all over the sides of my vehicle ❤️
