Southside Lighting Gallery

This store is a "Gem" of a find for "Lighting" needs. A few months ago I was trying to find someone to rewire a vintage lamp. I had a horrible experience with the previous lighting business in Fayetteville. Long story short, I had to get a Fayette County Sheriff Deputy to escort me to get my lamp after weeks of the run around and then them not answering my calls. Southside Lighting was my next Google search, and let me tell you, I was thrilled when I dropped by to ask if they even did rewiring. They said absolutely and had my repairs done in less than 2 days vs. weeks of waiting in limbo at the other location. They gave me an invoice of services to be done and called to let me know the day it was ready. The owner was even kind enough to throw in some lamp parts I needed for another lamp. I highly recommend Southside Lighting Gallery for your lighting needs and then some!!

By appointment only, but we drove up and they were able to help us in 10 minutes. The sales lady was helpful and knowledgeable directing us to a newer style and brighter light for our double car garage. When the light burns out (around 5 years) the whole light is replaced, no bulbs to change! No dirt dooblers or wasps nests to deal with either!

I called and inquired about three light fixtures and received clarification on the discounted price that was advertised. I went to Southside Lighting to do the transaction and decided on an additional sconce light fixture (4 fixtures total) After selecting and paying for all fixtures I realized that the total was more than what was discussed with the sales agent. I spoke with another member of Southside Lighting (perhaps the manager) and was told that the price shown was already the discounted price....This was not what was told to me and the advertising clearly didn't state that.....Although I'm happy with my selection but I paid $300+ than what was discussed. Be mindful of the advertised 30% off or whatever the offered discount might be.

I have been a regular customer for years and have furnished several complete homes with heir lighting and help with designs. Great customer service and products. they are very helpful and caring.
