Lauren Kerbelis is a wonderful travel agent! She set up all seven flights, our cruise and excursions.We all had a fantastic trip to Italy and Spain celebrating our granddaughter’s graduation!

I just completed my third trip to the UK and each time has been amazing. Jane Roberson is the BEST! She listens and anticipates what is needed to make the most of our experience from beginning to end. When our flight was cancelled on a recent trip, Jane was one call away to provide assistance and guidance, and continued to check in to make sure everything was settled and that we made it to our destination safely. Southern Travel will always be my first stop for international travel.

Just completed a Celebrity Cruise to the Caribbean with assistance from Kimberly Puig at Southern Travel Agency. We always seek the services of a travel agent for cruise travel and Southern Travel is the one we trust. They have previously booked our Alaska cruise and our Hawaii cruise several years ago. This time we worked with Kimberly who was excellent in helping to plan our cruise and travel details. She found us a nice hotel within minutes of the cruise port, made sure we had all our travel documents in order, gave us information on how to use the cruise app and gave good advice as it had been awhile since our last cruise. She was prompt on answering emails and returned phone calls. Highly recommend this Travel Agency for ensuring the details are handled correctly.

So, I wanted a special spring break trip to Paris for my 11 year old granddaughter. I asked Lauren to handle the whole trip for me. Lauren put together a dream trip for us. It was perfect in every detail. We did tours that included The Louvre, Notre Dame, dinner at the Eiffel Tower, a dinner cruise on the Seine, walking food tour, a baking class by a lifelong French chef, and a ballet performance at the Paris opera hall. All arranged and handled by Lauren. This is the second perfect trip that Lauren has handled for me. Now it is time to think about the next trip for Lauren to plan for me !!!

I worked with Lauren K. to plan my 50th birthday trip yo Playa Del Carmen, and she was absolutely amazing to work with. She was always available to address any of my questions/concerns. She's very thorough and transparent in her approach. She was very knowledgeable about the different locations/resorts that I inquired about. She made this trip memorable for me with no stress. It was easy breezy! I will most definitely use this agency again.
