Southern Lighting

When they say they will install new lights in all your fixtures (you pay extra btw) that doesn't include fixtures that come with lights from the factory. So you'll have different bulbs from different manufacturers and the lighting will be inconsistent throughout the house. Other than that I guess they are reasonably nice but they won't offer to change them.

A phenomenal experience, the staff was amazing. Ms. Jennifer took the time to computer research my item (bulb), she offered to order and refer another business in town that possible have in stock. Customer Service was phenomenal experience! Thank you.

While the selection of lighting options is top notch, our customer service experience was less than desired. The initial visit to the store resulted in sales person explaining the need to reach out to the vendor and the salesman would call us once he ensured the vendor had fixture in stock/could be ordered. Totally understandable, however a return call never happened. We reached out to store by phone concerning our initial fixture request and while no one knew of our request (initial salesperson was out on leave), the salesperson assured us she would check with vendor and get back to us which she did. We gave permission to order fixture and were told an estimated expected date they would have in store for pickup. The week of estimated pickup we called store to inquire if fixture had come in to discover again no one knew of our order. Our fixture order had not been placed. For the third time now the salesperson indicated she would reach out to vendor and get back to us which she did with yet again another estimated pickup date. I was slightly skeptical at this point. I called within the estimated time frame to check on our order which had not come in. The salesperson reached out to vendor to find that fixture would be shipped that day and in store within a few days. (Makes one wonder….was my order placed prior or just that day?) Great news!! Fixture should arrive on Wednesday. By Friday of same week around 2:00 we called Southern Lighting after not hearing from them Wed, Thurs or Friday morning; really wanted my new fixture to install before store closed for the weekend. Salesperson indicated she would check on it and call me back which she did to let me know that my fixture was in store and ready for pickup. Woohoo!! While we are very pleased with our product, we can’t help but look back over our experience and know that without our continuous follow up we may have never received our product. Given the current supply chain issues, we were completely understanding...

They have amazing customer service and are Extremismus friendly as well. You kids can sit and play games or draw while you pick out your lights. I went yesterday to pick out my lights for my new house and they are so knowledgeable and nice. I didn’t think that my budget would be enough for the expensive taste I have 😂😂. I really went their thinking I would have to come out of pocket, but i got exactly what I wanted and didn’t even reach my budget. I highly recommend them for all your light fixture needs! Thank you again for everything.
