I’ve stored my trailer at this location for over a year since I can’t have it at my house as part of my HOA. It’s super convenient and easy to bring it in and out whenever I need to.

TERRIBLE!!!!!! Nothing good to say about them. There is no one onsite to speak to and you will have a very hard time getting issues resolved. Do not go down this rabbit hell hole.

Not transparent, I called to set up a unit . They said we: Can't help you everything is done online. Ok fine I did online ... Pay the $240 something for a unit. Then 1 week later I get a text saying I have a balance. No where in paper work does it mention you pay a full month then bill prorated later. This is very shady business practice. Be transparent upfront collect up front and be transparent the contract makes no mention of this... They have a 30 day move out notice requirement which is annoying but pretty standard. So your stick with paying it even if your intended to use for a temporary situation.

IF YOU ARE MILITARY DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! I desperately needed storage and this place was one of the only ones who still had spots available. I was getting a camper at a later date but needed storage for it, so I went ahead and reserved it. Well, they make sure you pay for the spot immediately to hold it. I’m moving to another city and they allowed me to not pay anything unless the spots were running out…so I paid two weeks for an empty space. When I originally rented from here, I made sure to tell the rep that I wouldn’t know 30 days ahead of my move out date because I didn’t have orders to my new duty station yet. He made it seem like that would be okay. I get my orders towards the end of July and I call them to let them know I’ll be moving out before Aug. Come to find out, they don’t care about my situation, they just want their money. Even the “off-site manager” told me, “it’s a business sir” when I tried to reason with him. I drove by there after I moved out because I didn’t realize they don’t even have an office and saw a camper in the spot they wanted me to still pay for…SERIOUSLY? No humility whatsoever. And to top it off their lot is very uneven, making storing your camper much more difficult. I get it, “it’s in the signing agreement”, but there can always be exceptions. Get your money the right way…

BEWARE!!! Do not give this company your money! They are based out of Oregon, don’t have an on site office to speak to someone, incredibly hard to get ahold of when you have issues or even just want to verify move out, never call back but continue charging your card anyway. This company is completely unprofessional and continues to take money out of my account months after we’ve moved out. I have called 4 separate times over the past couple months after moving out with the same issue. I’ve told them we moved out and they said multiple times “it’s been marked in the system and you won’t be charged again and we’ll talk to the owner and call back about a refund for charges wrongfully drafted after move out” but they never do. I have had to keep calling (sitting on hold for at least an hour each time) and continuously told the same thing with no resolve. Today I get a text from whoever works the emergency on site number about being charged AGAIN. I responded that I was not supposed to be charged and was still owed for wrongful charges but haven’t been called back and wasn’t able to get ahold of anyone to resolve the issue so could she just call me. Her response was I can call later today at 2:00. ????? I told her I was highly upset and to let whoever was above her to know they need to call me today to get it resolved. Her text response was “kool.” COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! These people are scammers
