Sonic Drive-In

My carhop, Jack, was very friendly. He read the receipt, gave me my total and asked said if I needed anything else to push the red button. His uniform was very clean and neatly put together. My food was hot and arrived in a timely manner and nothing seemed to be missing from the bag; I would definitely come back to this location again.

I’m not one to typically come on the internet and complain, but today really was rough. We start out by a woman taking my order, and she’s incredibly rude. I know people typically ask “is that all” after, but she said it like my order was such a burden. I pull up to pay and get my drinks, The guy brings out my drinks and drops it on the ground. He then picks it up, and hands it to me. The drink breaks into my car and drenched my seats and my boyfriend’s clothes. We’re already upset at this point, but it’s okay, mistakes happen. I paid over 45 dollars for my meal, only for NONE of them to have the sides I ordered except for one. This was incredibly frustrating, the least they could have done was get it right. I get maybe missing one, or maybe even two.. But they missed FOUR sides!!! It’s already fairly expensive and it was just a horrible experience. Please choose another sonic, i’m incredibly disappointed.

I love their footlong Coney and they have really good tater tots and some of the best slushes

I ordered from the Evans location & what i could see of the inside it was clean & they were fast & polite. My order was fresh & hot! I'll definitely use this sonic from now on!

I came here with my buddy and got a slushee and a drink and my gave him the wrong card and this amazing man (Kody) went above and beyond and paid for our stuff without asking for anything back I will come back eveeytime now and make sure to tip well
