Sonesta Essential Augusta

One of the absolute worst stays ever! A roach in the shower, dirty window sills, filthy fridge, a dirty couch with a dirty couch cover, the TV kept changing to another language, the wifi wouldn't stay connected, had to keep walking to the front desk because no one would answer the phone! Wait theres more, gnats were in all 3 rooms we had and the smell of urine filled one of the rooms..it was horrid! On top of the added stress of being there to memorialize my MIL...we dealt with this from Sonesta. NEVER AGAIN!

No hot shower! Customer service was terrible. No breakfast! I made arraingements to stay a second day only to be awaykened by the manager and asked to leave! You have to ask for a remote for the TV. I also did not get the wifi password when I checked in.

Great place. Rooms was very clean and the staff was amazing. I'm looking forward to staying here again in the future

I had an unauthorized charge on my card of $552.86 from this hotel a week after I left. No phonecall or explanation of the charge. I’ve been trying to call these people for two days. Nobody answers the phone. I stayed there for a couple weeks. It was a terrible experience, cigarette smoke and weed smoke in the hotel almost daily. Parking lot was gross and the lawn wasn’t taken care of. This place is as shady as it looks.

Horrible hotel do not recommend the hotel stinks throughout all floors they have vending machines that work but have a sign on them that say it doesn't so that they can charge you more for the stuff behind counter. Not to mention I was charged 152$ twice I paid for the room for the two nights and then last night at 2 in the morning my card was charged again for the same 152$ it already wasn't worth paying 152 for 2 nights so definitely not worth 304i highley recommend you finding a different hotel to stay at your welcome
