Not a great 1st experience. But…..because the ambience was nice and I did see great work of other technicians, it may be worth a 2nd visit. I walked in at 5p.m as a walk-in. I was seated by 5:05 for my pedicure. At 6:00p.m, I was complete with the pedicure and had to wait 20 minutes for my nails. The gentleman that did my nails seemed very unsure of what he was doing. As soon as I sat down, he and the gentleman beside him (Tommy) laughed and spoke on their native tongue while looking at my nails. Definitely, not a welcoming comfortable experience for a 1st time customer. (I think I need to get that app that picks up and translates🤔)Then, to validate that they were discussing me, the gentleman (Tommy) asked where do I usually get my nails done. He asked Tommy throughout what to do from how to remove previous designs to what powder to use go fill in. It literally took this nail tech 2 hours to do my nails and the ending result did not showcase that. While he was doing my nails, I told him that I would a design across my nails. He said, “It’s too late to do a design, come back and get it done. It’s late”. I took this as poor customer service on a 1st impression. I said, “Okay, fine”. 10 minutes later….Tommy comes out and he has Tommy to do it as he observed. Now, he had already applied the final coat for gel polish, so this had to be removed. Then, Tommy went over his work…filing my cuticles, filing my nails, etc. However, he could only do so much damage control. Meanwhile, I walked out 3.5 hours later after paying $220 (I tipped $30 only because that is who I am regardless) . It is worthy to note that Amy was servicing a customer who asked for designs and it was no problem as I was departing at 8:30. However, when I asked I was told to come back because it was late. You only get 1 time to make a 1st impression, but I am willing to give a 2nd chance to really see the quality of the business. So, I will go back and give it another attempt because it is just po...

Went to get a soak of because I had some nails that were lifting (done at a Salon in a different state for an event I went to) and the women that I saw did not soak of my nails. She clipped them down. Applied acetone for maybe 3 minutes then proceeded to PRY off my old nails with an unused nail tip. She was nice… but my nails were left bruised, cut, and physically bleeding. She kept insisting I get another full set of dip and I guess because I told her I just wanted the old ones off so my fingers could breathe she didn’t take her time. Needless to say 3 days later my fingers still hurt and are incredibly sensitive. I even had to pay for the service. Definitely won’t return.
