My experience working with Mr. Talbert was nothing but professional. He was very knowledgeable and shared the correct information needed. I drove 1hour to Akin because of the lack of professional service elsewhere. Thank you Mr. Talbert, and other staff in the office for a relaxing experience.

They are the worse! We can no longer do walk-ins and MUST have an appointment. The guard up front was very rude towards another lady and myself. When she told him that someone should be picking up the phone when calls come thru, he just gave an "oh well" kind of look. I despise coming here now! It was already slow but this new way of operation is making it even slower. I called the number to make an appointment and my wait time is GREATER than 120 mins! I took off from work to help my mom with this and I am livid! DO BETTER!!!!!!

The social security office in general is a joke. I had an appointment with the office in Columbia and went there with an appointment but they were closed. I came back the next day and they told me I need to have an appointment I stayed there for 4 hrs just to be told that. They don’t care about the inconvenience they cause people. They scheduled me an appointment with the office in Aiken. That was a whole hour drive. I got there the lady asked for my id and other documents. She supposedly put my information in I got home waited weeks only to look at the paper and see she put down the wrong address. Like why ask for my id if you were still going to put down the wrong information. This is just unprofessional and people don’t know how to do their job. I file fire a social security card for my child since last year and it hasn’t come. I go to the office January to get it resent and again I’m still on the same situation. They keep sending out my child social security card to the wrong address and I know that isn’t good someone could steal my child’s identity and it’s going to be their fault

Longest wait time! security guard up front was rude. If the appointment I had scheduled wasn’t for my child I would’ve left sooner. My appointment was at 1:00pm and it’s currently 2:17pm and I’m still waiting In the lobby!! One lady that’s been in the lobby waiting before i arrived told me she had been waiting 5 hours

The worst! Had a Phone appointment and no one called. When I called to ask what happened they lied and said they called and no one answered. They keep sending my paperwork to an address I never gave them. How do I report them? I’ve called 5 times today and 3 of those times someone picked and never said anything and I could hear them. Then they put themselves on mute and hung up
