Sizemore, Inc.

Sizemore is contracted by Amazon to do their cleaning for them. Unfortunately, and somehow, Sizemore handles the floor cleaning, break rooms, and all the trash. If only Amazon knew the sorry company they're allowing in their building I think Amazon would find themselves another vendor. I know, I used to work at the Tallahassee location. The job itself is not hard to do, after you get used to the agony of your feet. I actually did my job, had pride in it too. If you want a 10 hour shift to go by fast, there's only one way to do it, stay busy. I loved my job because I got into it, and my results were obvious. Last summer, I was fired from Sizemore because I had a string of gout attacks in my feet causing me to miss days of work. Just as I started on the doctors recommended diet, I was fired, and I hadn't had a gout attack since. I loved my job so much I re-applied when I was eligible for re-hire. I was told to get a doctor note saying I can work without restrictions, and I did. It cost me over $100 to get it and then Sizemore sends a notification they have changed their mind about hiring me. I wish they would have told me that $100 earlier. But it didn't surprise me, being familiar with the sorriest excuse for a management team I have ever encountered. The on-site manager at the Tallahassee location was the organizer of nothing but complete chaos and utter confusion. Nobody was trained appropriately for their job. Most of the employees didn't even do their jobs, anyway. There were so many Sizemore employees just riding the clock, arguing and fighting with each other, or finding some hiding place to sleep their shifts away. The meetings with the on-site manager at the start of every shift was always way too much drama, and was mostly an exhibit of her creating confusion and establishing her firing power. I work at AGS1 and sizemore has the account, yall should be fired as this company's cleaning service. This building is gross as well as outside trashed with cigarettes & trash. Watched cleaner come out of bathroom, still ring around toliets.. no wonder why illnesses is going around right now. I had to just clean the table to sit at it... all you cleaners should be ashamed for the service cleaning you do at Amazon!!! And I have worked for this company the old manger would never allow this!!! Wake up Sizemore

Before working here, make sure to know your self worth. Contract with client determines your pay. 2 years now and I'm still $10 a hour. I can get $11 hour at McDonald's. Future apllicants, skip this place and go somewhere else. You will thank me later and be happy at the end of your shift.

A very shady company! I don't know what that guy is talking about. Stating what the company does is NOT a review! I wouldn't trust anything he posts. Sizemore tries to cheat its applicants on a regular basis. The hand book is worthless for information. I recommend applicants ask the following questions before accepting assignments or training: 1. Will my pay rate be the same for the SITE I'm about to go to? 2.Does the TRAINING CLASS pay me my regular rate? 3. Have you processed my PAPERWORK so I don't have to be mailed a check? In short, treat them as if you are working for a child.

I worked for this company recently and i must say the person in charge of housekeeping has to be the worst person possible management head supervisor. They didnt hire adequate housekeepers for a contracted job people with no knowledge of simple housekeeping or products conducive to the job, no update paperwork and scheduling. The pay is horrible i cleaned an entire building alone 15 floors only day housekeeper on call as well (walky talky) for $9 per hour no benefits no holiday pay extra or nothing mon-fri. The equipment was old and noisy complaints was recieved for months before a new vacuum was sent over. The supervisor pretended to care about my issues i even had pictures of the undone work employees had not done on other shifts that was left to myself he never did ANYTHING about it . I barely got answer from him when i called or came in person to discuss issues he even lied to me about renegotiation of my pay. My son had a medical procedure he needed done and i was told i could not have 2 consecutive days off , meanwhile my son had 3 surgeries in one day 9hours and i had to be with him for 3weeks. I was never given approval off for my son surgery. Even after all of this i asked to schedule a meeting when all was said and done i came in person as well as called sent email. I received no response ever. This company should be ashamed of itself because they lack management integrity and SUPERVISION.
