Amy is who you need if you are looking for someone to take the stress out of your wedding and be able to truly enjoy your day. She is extremely organized and goes as far as to make spread sheets with times and places for everything. Down to who needs to be there and what they need to bring with them. Her connections within the wedding industry are extremely valuable when trying to book catering and dj etc… She has a way about her to make you feel part of the process and planning without feeling overwhelmed or like it’s all on you. I would have been a wreck the day of when it decided to rain and the entire wedding was outdoors but Amy had already made contact with the venue to have a backup plan as a contingency. She contacted all of the vendors and made sure everyone knew the new plan. I got to be pampered and stay preparing for my new marriage while she kept everything else running smoothly. She will go above and beyond what’s written in her contracts for her couples. With Amy you know your day is set to go smoothly and you can focus on what really matters that day… celebrating your new family! Couldn’t recommend more.

Working with Amy was an absolute delight. From the very beginning, she demonstrated exceptional professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail. She listened carefully to our vision and flawlessly brought it to life, ensuring every element of the wedding was perfectly coordinated. The decor was stunning and the vendor recommendations were top-notch. We couldn't have asked for a better experience—highly recommended for anyone planning their dream wedding!

I hired Amy to coordinate my sister’s wedding, hoping her local expertise in Aiken would be a helpful resource since we’re a military family unfamiliar with the area. At first, she came across as warm, friendly, and professional—but unfortunately, that didn’t last. She didn’t show up to the rehearsal dinner, sending an assistant instead. That assistant not only seemed confused during rehearsal but didn’t even show up on the actual wedding day, leaving us scrambling. The result was disorganization across the board—wrong music, missed cues, and no clear direction. Amy also recommended some of her “students” to help with setup and cleanup. While they did show up the morning of and were paid, they never returned for cleanup, leaving us to handle everything ourselves at the end of a long day. After the wedding, I emailed Amy to outline the issues and requested a partial refund, given how many key aspects went wrong. Instead of taking responsibility, she curtly replied that she fulfilled her contract and would not be issuing any refund. Her contract, by the way, is extremely vague—something we didn’t realize until it was too late. If you do choose to hire Amy based on her positive reviews, I strongly urge you to revise her contract line by line to include exactly what you need and expect. Don’t leave any room for interpretation, because if you’re not happy with the outcome, you won’t see a dime back—just a cold “I’m sorry you feel that way.” As a business owner in the wedding industry, she should prioritize client satisfaction, especially during such meaningful and emotional events. Sadly, that wasn’t our experience

Unfortunately, my experience with Amy as a wedding coordinator was disappointing. Leading up to the wedding, there was a noticeable lack of communication and preparedness. Amy did not attend the rehearsal and instead sent an assistant whom the bride had never met or spoken with prior. This left the bridal party unsure of how the ceremony would flow, and it was only thanks to a few experienced friends that we were able to piece things together. On the wedding day, Amy arrived but was clearly unprepared. The wrong song was played during the bridal procession—a very emotional and meaningful moment that had been carefully planned. Throughout the evening, concerns raised by the bridal party were met with resistance or an unhelpful attitude. The bright spot was friends and family , who truly went above and beyond. They stepped in when needed, offered support with grace and professionalism, that members of Amy’s team lacked they didn’t even and help with clean-up. While the wedding itself turned out beautifully thanks to the bride’s resilience and the support of loved ones, I would not recommend Amy as a coordinator based on this experience.
