Shvaas Spa Salt Cave & Float Therapy

My 1st experience at Shvaas Spa was Amazing! I visited by myself on my birthday for a self care day. I did the spa package to try most of the spa offerings. The Hydro massage, Salt Cave,Zen Den and the Cocoon relaxed me so I didn't want to leave. So calm,relaxing and therapeutic I almost went over my 3 hr session! I'm definitely adding a visit to Shvaas for a monthly self care day ! Thank you for a wonderful birthday experience!

Great experience! I found out about this place from a co-worker and love going/recommending it now. I really enjoy the salt cave and find it super relaxing. The staff is always welcoming and very friendly. The facility is clean and they offer plenty of amenities to ensure you are comfortable during your visit. I will be a repeat customer.

Amazing!!! What a wonderful experience. My husband and I talked about our spa day all evening. We couldn’t decide what we liked the best. We’re already thinking of another visit and a gift certificate for our oldest son’s birthday. The staff was very nice and accommodating, as well! 10/10

Had an amazing time loving on ME at Shvaas Spa. Woke up early yesterday morning and decided to walk-in and book the Spa Day just to quiet my mind! As Khristina said as I departed, my EXHALE said it all! Thanks for a wonderful experience.

This experience was not what I expected. Maybe that is partially my fault but I got the Spa day package and it was basically just massage chairs, sauna and a room full of salt. The red light sauna had changing lights with a remote that resembled regular at home LED’s (no therapeutic properties). I’m not saying it’s not actual red light therapy but I’ve never done red light therapy where you are able to switch between colors like the at home LED lights do. Again I know this is holistic based but it didn’t feel like a spa experience to me. During my zero gravity massage the pressure was very hard and the power went out towards the end of my session. When doing the salt cave the music went out at the beginning of the session and all I could hear was the conversations in the hallway/ front desk. The staff did apologize but if I am paying for an experience then I expect that to be valued. In most of the massage chairs I was barefoot and didn’t see anyone wiping anything down in between customers but I could be wrong. Overall this was a let down for me and my standards. They have a high rating so others must enjoy it but just go in with an open mind.
