SHINE NAIL BAR

The pictures attached are what I asked for and what I received, I had asked the nail tech for sharks to be on both of my thumbs and he only said that the design was gonna be extra which was no problem for me since I was willing to pay for the design and so I sat down to get my nails done with the design in the picture and the guy started painting my nails and once he had put the color on he told me to put my hands in front of the fan and he would be back in five minutes once they dried, he was sitting in the back of the nail salon on his phone for 20 minutes and someone had to go get him so that way he could “finish” my nails and once he got back there he touched my nails to see if they were done and then told he was finished with my nails when he clearly wasn’t since I had requested a design and that’s when he said he couldn’t do the design so I asked if he could do a different design and he said he could not do any design at all because I had not gotten gel nail polish but I had been to this nail salon three times prior to this and I’ve never gotten gel nail polish from them and still was able to get the design I wanted with regular nail polish. So I just paid and left. My sister had also gotten her nail done alongside me (she has the yellow and pink nails) and she had requested regular nail polish but was given gel polish that was un-cured which caused her nail to chip even before she got out of the salon and they also left her nail bed bloody. Overall it’s the worst experience I’ve had from them and I will not be going back again ever.

Kai is literally the best! He never disappoints! I showed him an inspo picture and he delivered! My nails are so crisp and beautiful. I also got a pedicure service from the sweetest little lady! Love coming back to Shine Nail Bar!

Loved my experience here! This was my first time trying this nail salon and I’m so glad I did! I started with the deluxe pedicure and I believe the technician’s name was Vy. She was very detailed with the pedicure process and gave me the most thorough service. She’s definitely very strong handed when it comes to buffing and massaging. She had me sweating during the leg massage but it hurt so GOOD! After popping all my toes and massaging every little knot out of my calves, I was feeling so refreshed. Perfect technique when it came to painting the toenails as well. Now Kai was the star of the day. I showed him a reference photo for my manicure and he created the most perfect summer manicure for me! He was very very precise and would restart if he didn’t think a line was perfect. But he was also fast! I was so impressed with how high quality his work was for how fast he did it. I would definitely recommend going to see Kai if you want some fun nail art done. Overall wonderful experience and I for sure would love to go back next time.

Not even close to what I thought they were going to come out I paid $275 for me my 9,8 year old to get our nails done I’m not happy! I definitely will not be back!

The place is not clean. It's usually a lil dusty but customer service is usually pretty good and a nail place can be dusty bc of the nature of the work. But when i went today the chair i was sent to really needed to be cleaned. I cleaned it myself. The lady who did my nails was kinda rude. But she got up to do someone else's nails and the owner guy finished mine. He had a bug crawling on him that looked like small enough to be a flea. He did not try to wipe it off, shoo it, kill it or anything. He was just working and the bug was just crawling on his arm. Even tho my nails were subpar. I just said I got to go. You should wash your hands in between clients and clean all.of your equipment in between clients. Most of these places do not do that... but this was gross. People please pay attention to who is doing your nails.
