I hired Sharp Investigations to help with a family matter and child custody. They are all amazing at this agency. Harper is the one that I worked with closely on my case but everyone there were very professional and personable. Harper was always available to answer all my questions and was so easy to work with and was able to get all the information I needed for my case. They proved to me that they are an agency that takes these type of cases very seriously. I would highly recommend them for whatever you need may be. It took me a long time to decide to move forward with a professional investigation. Sharp Investigations was recommended to me by my sister who's law firm used them quite a bit. I contacted Sharp Investigations with a very painful and personal situation that I needed help with and I am am so grateful to them. I expected to get a recording or admin, but Mr. Sharp himself answered the phone immediately, listened to my story without judgement, just compassion and empathy, and agreed to meet with me the next day. He answered my every phone call and text - I never got a voicemail. I am not a law firm, or prospective employer or jilted lover - I am just a mom who is desperately worried about her child and they handled my case with care, delicacy and professionalism. I work at a law firm about an hour from Columbia and when we had a occasion for a process server in Columbia I found Sharp on the internet. I was very pleased with the service we received - from the office staff to the work that was done in the field. The communication was fabulous and they went above and beyond to accomplish a difficult service. Also, the price for the work was MORE than fair.
