I bought a gold charm from this location about two years ago and I just recently took it back to them to get it clean. I paid $475 for this charm not big at all when I first got it. It appeared to be gold, but once I got it back, it was silver. I will not be doing any more business with these guys rip offs it won’t let me put the pictures under my review, but they are on the photos for this Business

Bought my wedding band from this store at a cheaper price paid $162.00 total for a 10k yellow gold wedding band. A month after I had it I started noticing rather large dents in the ring. (10k should be the hardest gold due to the impurities) I take the ring to a friend of mine who’s in the jewelry business and showed it to him and he informed me the ring was hollow and that if I continued wearing it that it would be mangled up in no time. I have only worn it out in public as I can’t work with it on so I wasn’t hard on it whatsoever. I’m attaching a picture to show the below poor quality these people sell. Beware of terrible quality products. I spoke with the store in person with receipts in hand and their resolution was “We will let you trade it in for a better ring but you have to pay the difference.” It was a total spit it in the face. Even spoke with Sophia who’s the “owner” and she gave me the same line. If you value your money and want a good product DONT SHOP HERE.

Walked in to buy a ring for myself 9 days before Christmas, I was given two prices for ring but they had a 50% off sale sign in front, but there wasn't a sale, actually payed full price.

Got my new born a beautiful gold bracelet with her name engraved!!! Absolutely love it and the outstanding service provided very personable and welcoming !

We had never had a problem before we shopped here this past weekend. It seemed like all they wanted to do was get a sale and pile more and more on top of it, we returned to the store no more than 10 minutes after making a purchase that we were pressured by the salesman to buy explaining that we really needed to return it and the man behind the counter did not show one bit of empathy. He just continually repeated no refunds even when asked to contact his boss in Atlanta to see if an exception could be made he refused. I will no longer be shopping here. You’re nothing but a dollar sign and they don’t really care they just want your money.
