My first time ever leaving a review because that’s how bad the service was. I went in yesterday to buy a foundation I was in there for over ten minutes and not a single person greeted me or asked me if I needed help. I finally had to go look for someone because I needed a foundation that was not in the shelf. From the moment I asked this person a question (girl with low purple pigtails, she didn’t have a name tag on ) she instantly had an attitude and didn’t even look at me when I asked her a question she just continued working. So then I come back and ask her about the foundation and I kid you not I had to repeat to her what shade I wanted 4 times because she was too busy and more concerned about the song that she wanted playing on her phone than to take 2 minutes to help a customer. The worst service I’ve ever had in Sephora by far.

Tamika at Sephora was exceptional. I gave her my budget and she walked me through the whole store to find me different products for an 11 year old girl. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely be back.

I came in looking for makeup for my wedding and Gio was so kind and helpful! He helped me determine the right shades, the right products for my skin type/texture, and find popular products that suit my needs. He was very kind and approached me twice in the store after noticing I looked a bit lost. I'm so excited to try my new makeup and highly recommend working with Gio to find your makeup needs. :)

My girls love this store and I can always find great gifts. This store has some great products, but you definitely pay for it. Every time I visit I get great service and they always seem to keep a good stock of products.
