Best bank ever! Staff incredible! 💪 Can actually call and get a human's help instantly

Have been with this bank, specifically this branch, for over 10yrs. Love them all. Great attitudes, fabulous customer service, and the best hours of any of the local branches!! Open sat?! Amazing for those of us who aren't done with work until after 5p on a weekday.

Been with them for years since about 1986 when they had a branch in the Walmart open 7 days a week this is great. Never had any problems that others have had in their poor reviews. A person should have a working knowledge of what a bank is before they complain. In 2020 there was an article in the newspaper about how financially viable Security Federal is this is important I think because the Nation is 20 Trillion plus in dept so if you have money in a bank the main thing is the financial wellness of the bank more so than whether or not it has any negative reviews.

Not my favorite location. Most of the people in this branch are so friendly and helpful. I was a very regular fixture in the bank, they all knew me by name. Dont know what has changed but it's a challenge to get anything done. I now live in Harlem GA, but because I opened my acct here I have to drive all the way to the south side of aiken, which is an hour from my house.. to fix this I have to close my acct and open a new one at a branch closer. It has become a serious headache to go to this branch... If they would answer the phone it might now be so bad. I have been calling 10+ times a day for 3 weeks and the line always gives me a busy tone.... ridiculous....

I warn you do NOT bank here. They’ve lost money from my account TWICE in the past three years and literally will not do any sort of cashapp/venmoe transfer past 1:00 PM because there systems, “designed” that way. Well what an absolutley ugly design that was Security Federal! Ugly as can be. If you’re under the age of 80 don’t bank here not only are they so rude and irresponsible with YOUR hard earned money, but they are an absolute pain to deal with, there’s been days transactions took months to go through on my account app page. Not a functional bank for the Current working American.
