I’ve been banking here since I was 6 years old and I’m trying to start a business and I work in fast food I get that but I’m moving into a new career and I got chewed out because I asked to do a small investment to build more income. I was told harshly to find a new job. The lady reamed me out for trying to get approval for a commercial grade lawn mower. She recommended me to get a residential rider. Those aren’t meant to mow consistently day in and day out. She fussed at me telling me why do I want something expensive that won’t be used year round. Why do I want expensive tractors? Because of this I’m thinking about switching banks. I need help, I don’t need my nose rubbed in not having a better life than you. If they treat everyone like they did me there will be a mass exodus. I’m not a dog I’m human. I deserve to be treated like one.

If I could give 10 stars I would... We sold our house in Illinois and decided to start our new lives in South Carolina and needed a bank to deposit our proceedings from our home sale. 3 other banks would not go the extra mile and help us. Boy am I glad my wife and I stopped here! They went the extra mile and then some!! Clayton and Tamara were absolutely fantastic to work with they made the process easy and where extremely helpful with all aspects including helping us setup our apps and making sure everything was working properly! If you are looking for a new bank trust me use these guys!!! Thank you for everything!!!! 😁🙏

I became a customer of this Security Federal Bank Branch in 2019. Mrs. Christine Lewis and Mr. Paul Jackson are my financial advisors. They had aided me since day one always being accessible to my every need. Wither it's returning phone calls and responding to emails. They even taught how to master my credit, the details to obtaining that much needed credit score. Believe me that Mrs. Christine Lewis and Mr. Paul Jackson are your go to people. Today May 02, 2024. I came in for assistance with a previous situation. Another financial advisor whom I have met before in that branch came to assist me a Mrs. Dana Cook. She helped with breaking down my credit report, Understanding it to great detail and things to look for in correcting it. Again a Bank, a branch to do your business with.

Attention Home buyers an builders!!!! We did several builds with this company, they did everything they could to destroy the loan process with builder and the customer. Patrick and Carol in the office caused a lot of conflicts. I do not recommend them for anything. They told the clients wrong information and almost cost them their loan on the house.
