Lori generally handles our policies and always answers the phone on the first or second ring. If she is not available the whole office personal are quick to pull up my policies and make any required changes. They take the time to find all the best options and are quick to email out revisions to lower our rates and meet our needs. We love having an agent that is responsive and cares about us. Having dealt with insurance agents for many decades, I can say that none have met the caliber of service provided over the years by Scott. No matter what the issue, the responses have always been professional, but delivered with genuine concern and caring. None better!
