I bought a diamond ring from them and the diamonds fell out so I took it back. They made me pay $50 to get the diamonds put back in cool whatever however the diamonds fell out again mind you I had this ring for a month when the diamonds fell out the second time the diamond fell out. I took it back and they said I can’t get my money back and I have to pay to trade the ring in again so do not buy from these people

They did an excited job on my grill because it’s the second one I purchase from them and I’m definitely pleased with the excited work they have done for the many years I came to them❤️❤️❤️❤️

My husband bought a ring from this place for mother’s day. 2 stones have fallen out and it needs to be resized. I take my ring off when I wash dishes and shower and I haven’t had this ring long… Its going to cost $40 per stone and resizing is $54.99 we were told. The total is $20 less than what we paid for the ring which is very frustrating. At this point we will just save up and get something more durable that comes with protection plans somewhere else :(
