Amanda was very knowledgeable and took the time to understand my business needs, recommending a range of insurance options that fit my specific requirements. Even though I didn’t end up needing the insurance in the end, Amanda’s professionalism and expertise made the process less overwhelming. She explained each policy in detail and helped me compare different options, so I could make an informed decision. I called and asked about renters insurance. Michelle made it easy and found a great policy that was not only cheaper than my previous policy but added triple the amount of property protection. I used Sanford, Bruker & Banks for many years & they were always great. I started having problems in Sept. 2017 when I needed to add my 16 year old to our policy. I called and spoke to my agent & the rate I was going to get with Travelers was outrageous so she was going to shop around for me. Well this went on for WEEKS no calls back, voicemail everytime I called her - it was impossible to get any kind of answers. When I spoke to the receptionist & asked if there was anyone else that could help me, the agent that I talked to only said your agent is working on it! At this time I'm extremely frustrated because I can't even get my agent to call me back. It was then that I had enough & called State Farm & their customer service was wonderful & the rates were great!! I was also told at Sanford, Bruker & Banks that I could not insure a vehicle that was not in my name which was obviously not true because I had no problems at State Farm. I am very disappointed that after being with Sanford, Bruker & Banks for so many years that this was the type of service I received!!
