I took items to this location on Saturday for the first time. So I went into the store to find out where to drop off the items. A young lady came off from the back, so fixated on herself. She had on mint green leggings that were not appropriate for work. She finally acknowledged me. And told me where to take my items for donation, to the yellow bin in the back. I drove around the store. I was afraid that I was going to get nails in my tires. When I got out of the car, the first thing I saw was two rusty nails and one strew. That was my last visit to drop off items. The inside of the store was neat and organized. That was a plus.

Customer service is terrible!!!! Go train at Riverwatch and I mean EVERY soul that works there

Since opening it’s been a nice store, but lately prices have been not as good, which happens, but seems like not everyone has to pay the same price, also younger employees just sit on the furniture or have people hanging out in there. Really hope it doesn’t go down hill.

Lots of merchandise, friendly associates. Looking for one piece bathing suits...very few! New location, near Lowe's.
