I really wish in instances that zero stars were available. My children didn't even make it to the attend factor. When they say god has a plan I can see why SAIL was not in that plan. Per reviews and my own personal experience with staffing. TERRIBLE, NASTY, SELF CENTERED. First of all I have a million other documents stating I live in GA and you had to make this the most difficult process l've ever encountered trying to enroll my child. With a 14 day time frame and Mrs. Meredith couldn't even keep up adequately either might | add with the timely communication. Yes she did have some things out of life's control happen, but if my time frame isn't allowed to be altered for any reason due to other kids wanting this position then I believe staff should abide by the same standard, just because you had a terrible life event happen doesn't mean you can hold up my registration process with lack of communication. Someone else should ve handled inquiries that is trained properly in the matters in your absence. Now to discuss the drag out process of needing a signature from a home owner because the other dozens of paperwork or ID for that matter of the state is not sufficient enough for Columbia County. I can't account for the miscommunication between the other party in this matter I do not see this person you wanted a signed affidavit from on a daily basis. Then to call my phone stressing about all the things you're missing in your personal life because you made a trip to do your job I had no knowledge about even was incredibly unprofessional. I don't go to work and complain about all the other things I should be doing to my customers. Because I'm doing my job I signed up to do. This school needs more profession staffing and better communication and more realistic document guidelines especially for different situations in families. When the oversee of this schools reads my review please don’t bother reaching out to me, have some more focus on your terrible staffing and how ...

just graduated, i attened from first grade to eighth. During this was a huge amount of insults and bullying, leading me getting diagnosed chronic depression and generalized anxiety disorder. The teachers did not follow my IEP and when I told my case manager they brushed it off. Seriously, how do you watch someone mess the same thing up three times, and not bat an eye? this also led to multiple panic attacks because of the teachers. However, the students were absolutely amazing. If i’m being honest, the students were so much nicer, accepting, and supportive than any of the teachers. I wouldn’t attend here again if they had high school. Overall shitty staff and faculty. Also, 3/5 teachers made NO effort to teach. Not being dramatic at all, there was maybe one attempt before they gave up and sat at the desk for the rest of the year. Love you Mrs. Richards, Mrs. Pace, Mrs. Hall, and Mrs. Price ❤️

The teachers are good, and SOME kids are very great, by my overall experience there is trashy, I was constantly bullied for 4 years and counting, and I got depression because of that. It would be over little things that kids wouldn't let go of, but it built up over time. I had meltdowns, it was just bad. It's ok at best. The school isn't funded by the county I think, so they always are asking for money in some way, shape, or form, they are always supposed to use it to better the school, such as aisle school and equipment, but burn through it every year on whatever it is they are spending it on because its definitely not what it's supposed to be for. Speaking from first-hand experience. They also have no sports, on the surface, the school seems like the best in the CSRA, almost, but it's just disappointing, so if you go to this school, attend at your own risk. Lots of teachers here are great but some are definitely public school rejects. Lots of students hate it here, as a child you wouldn't understand, but as you get older attending this school, it hits you. In shorter words, teachers are ok, kids are bad but it really depends on the experience every year, and everything else is meh. Also bullying is a prominent thing and there are constantly so many cover ups for stuff, sometimes racism is a factor here too, but it's minor. That's all I have to say, kinda glad I'm leaving next year.

“Closing out of abundance of caution” should be this schools motto. The amount of days they are not in school compared to the rest of Columbia county would be comical if it wasn’t so sad.
