Saia LTL Freight

Absolutely the worst delivery service ever. We had a tracking number and had to call day in and day out without receiving a call back. Finally got in touch with customer service and was told it would be delivered on Tuesday between 11:00 and 3:00. Not a word on Tuesday and it’s after 3:00 so we send a text message. Text comes back they weren’t able to deliver it today but the manager promises he will deliver it on Wednesday. Hey no problem… I just took the day off to wait on the shipment you had no plans to deliver and I wouldn’t have known that had I not sent a text. I will never have anything shipped by these guys! Ever! Get me my shipment and good riddance! These guys are horrible!

These guys bent over backwards to help work through a problem. They are probably typically behind the scenes since they are a cross-docking hub, but they deserve some appreciation. Thanks guys!
