S. A. Mikell & Company did a great job on our renovation. Ahmad and his team worked closely with us to ensure we knew what was happening and when. When surprises happened or there were delays, as there almost always are when renovating an existing structure Ahmad made sure we were in the loop and helped us address it quickly and the right way. We are so appreciative of his guidance and expertise. It was a pleasure working with him and his team. We will definitely call him for future projects.

We had an incredible experience working with Ahmad Mikell (S. A. Mikell and Company) who was contracted to repair structural damages resulting from Storm Helene. He handled everything from roofing, siding, window install to interior work which included painting, flooring, insulation, electrical work. All with precision and professionalism. What really stood out was his clear communication—he kept us informed at every step and made sure we always knew what was going on. Even more impressive, he dealt directly with the insurance inspectors and was able to negotiate a significantly higher settlement than we were originally offered, despite challenges from adjusters. He did not waiver; and in the end his expertise and persistence truly paid off— resulting in more than double the initial offer. Throughout the process, he always treated the adjusters, inspectors, and us with the utmost kindness and respect.
