We had a water leak from our A/C unit in the attic. Ethan was awesome! He came in, evaluated our situation and got right to work. He did everything not to inconvenience me as I worked. He cleaned up behind himself and made sure I approved of his cleaning. He was very kind and considerate. I can't thank him enough for his commitment to a job well done.

If I could give ten stars, I would! Rumsey Construction and Restoration is absolutely AMAZING! They saved our dermatology practice from so much more damage with their incredibly quick response. Ethan came out the same night—after 9 PM—and worked through the night to ensure all the correct measures were taken for a clean and safe environment. His dedication and communication were outstanding. Ben, his supervisor, has also been fantastic—keeping me informed every step of the way and making the whole process seamless during a very stressful time. I can’t thank them enough for the professionalism, urgency, and care they brought to the job. Truly above and beyond. Highly, highly recommend!

Rumsey Construction & Restoration Company, Augusta, Ga have displayed excellent customer service since the day I've made contact with them. There receptionist team is AWESOME, the ladies answering the telephone are very nice and they also displayed EXCELLENT customer service skills, every time I called the company, if someone was unavailable, the receptionist always made contact with the team and had a team member return my telephone call. The demolition team is AWESOME as well, I want to give a HUGH KUDOS to Mr. Sherrod and Mr. Edward, these guys are so nice and pleasant, they really took care of me throughout the entire demolition process. I was able to reach out to them anytime of the day if needed. And they where able to answer any questions and concerns I had during the entire process. Cannot recommend this company enough! Nika came out after we were having trouble with another water mitigation company. She helped us get set up and situated right away. She treated us like family. She also did all her work with a smile and positive attitude. Very grateful she was there to help us! Highly recommend!
