Ruff Landing Doggie Daycare and Boarding

Photos are before and after. One after photo is actually after the vet visit and cleaned up. It was much worse looked infected. So I dropped my dogs there for all of two days. Came back to their noses rubbed completely raw on the tops. Was told it was because of seperation anxiety and trying to force their way past a gate. When asked why not just place them back in the kennel I was told "that's not what we do here" emphasizing socialization but if they were doing that they clearly weren't with other dogs. It's disheartening. I've taken my pups here for years and because of this I will not be taking them back. I gave an opportunity for explanation what would be done to ensure that wouldn't happen again and was told "I can't guarantee this won't happen again" and to take my dogs somewhere else. I'm not sure what's changed and why they neglected my dogs to allow it to happen. There should have been some supervision to avoid this. Only good thing I can say about this experience is they paid for the vet bill which they're required to do so by law. I'm very disappointed. After all these years then told to go somewhere else because my dogs were "too stressful" first time I was told this mind you in 3 years. Absolutely ridiculous.

Ms. Michelle is amazing!! I've never boarded my 2 dogs before but she made me feel so comfortable that they will be in great hands!! My dogs stayed with them for 4 nights and I got updates and pics of their activities throughout their stay. My dogs had a great time with Ruff Landing! Definitely recommend and will be using their services in the near future!!

Left our dogs there all weekend and they were very happy - and tired - when we took them home. Great experience and accommodated our pick up time needs very generously. Pricing is excellent and the dogs get great care and have lots of fun here. Also captured a very cute photo for us, which is always much appreciated.

Michelle has been keeping my pointer-mix dog Taurus daily for 4-5 months, often overnight. Taurus LOVES staying at Ruff Landing because of all of the attention Michelle smothers him with and the opportunity to play with friends (the images are from before Michelle built a new facility). I highly recommend her business 🙂
