You’ll have to get past the begging homeless to get in or out of this store since they allow panhandling. If you want a truly ghetto experience when just trying to get a bottle then this place is for you. Personally I prefer safe locations I don’t have to deal with this stuff. There are places nearby that don’t allow panhandling.

I just moved to Augusta Georgia, so I wanted to find a place I could buy good wine. I don't know how this place scored so high on the local rating sites. I really hate to say a place is bad, but this was horrible. They had a wall of Stella and Cupcake Wines. They had minimal good wines. Not only that, I asked if they had Chambord. The girl at the register never even heard of it. If you like good wine, steer clear of this place.

Such great prices and a lot of selections available, but when it comes to customer service seems like this establishment lacks. Me and a friend went in on a Friday night around 9:00pm woman at the counter was so RUDE. This isn’t the first time she has been rude. In this case she stated “we were taking too long in the store” and proceeded to mumble more. This place is HORRIBLE when it comes to customer service and I will not be returning since me nor other PAYING customers aren’t respected. Good luck having an employee that lacks so much.. further looking into reviews this isn’t the first time she’s been HORRIBLE at her job. Please avoid this place.

Great prices but this one short hot mess looking woman put such a bad taste in my mouth about this place! Before even going into the building she standing outside while the store doors are OPEN...so much for clerk life which I didn’t even know that’s who she was, because initially she starts walking in back of me saying “hold on baby I’m coming” slurring and barely able to walk, so clearly the liquor store clerk is drunk…🙄🙄🙄lawd… Go inside get what I want and she’s like: “tap your card,” I do so and she just look at me and says again, “tap your card” “okay I did…” “Go a little higher…” She then stares don’t say or do NOTHING. The receipt prints she still is quiet so I reach for the receipt and the machine stutters then I apologize the clerk says “Mmm, look you break her stuff you buy it.” Ma’am if you wasn’t drunk and struggling to stand we wouldn’t have this problem. I try and diffuse the moment and compliment her necklace as it is a beautiful ankh with a heart at the top, no thank you or anything she just still looking at me gaze glossy and out of focus…Smh I will NEVERRRERRRRR shop here again and really recommend whoever is reading this, to NEVERRRERRRRR shop here either. Negative 5 stars!!!!!
