Rooms To Go

The furniture was pretty expensive (although this was our first time ever visiting a Rooms to Go), but the vibe was laid back. I never felt pushed to make a purchase. Barry, the store’s representative who met us at the door, was considerate, asking questions about our day, but never made us feel obligated to leave with a purchase.

I wish I could give this store zero stars. I ordered a bedroom suit. Bed and mattress was delivered and there were no issues. After 3 months of delays , the chest of drawers and night stand were delivered. I was not home at the time of delivery because my younger brother was just like when the bed was delivered. When I arrived home that evening , to my surprise , the pieces were still in the box not even assembled. Calling the store manager is no help. They stated I would receive a call back the following day to schedule them to come back out to put the pieces together and move the furniture where it needed to be. I heard nothing from anyone. When I called again I was meet with a very rude customer care representative who stated all she could do was send a message. They have not once taken ownership for their faulty delivery system, poor communication and have provided no resolution. I would suggest NEVER buying from this company and if you do definitely arrange your own delivery and setup.

I found a sofa set that I loved that had a hidden control. Charles told us all about the sofa set and done a demonstration. Thanks to Charles, I love the sofa set even more. My husband and I had went to 5 other furniture stores before we remembered Rooms To Go. Rooms to go had a better choice of furniture. I wish we had of went there first. The prices were even lower than the other places we went. Thank you Charles for your help.

We decided to get furniture for our Christmas this year. When we walked into Rooms To Go, I was immediately drawn to this particular set. Sat down and fell in love with it. Not rushing, we walked around the store and nothing taught my eye. As we went back to our first pick, I knew it was the one, and found the perfect rug to compliment everything. The one thing that impressed me greatly was the fact our sales guy, Charles, explained the prices, colors and how we could change the chase to either side. He did push us or follows. He let us do our thing and was there if we had questions. Thank you Rooms To Go for our Christmas gift ♥️

Our salesman was great. Knowledgeable, kind, and didn't follow us constantly in the store. The delivery went OK, but it could have gone better. Of the two guys that delivered our furniture, one appreciated the help we gave why the other one snubbed us and was disrespectful. All and all, we are OK with Rooms To Go and we would most likely buy from them again.
