Riverwatch Self Storage

What a sweet team and great facility. I needed to store my household belongings for a couple months while changing jobs and they worked with me to make the process go so easily. I am so thankful for this sweet staff helping me so much, and keeping all my items in pristine condition.

I’ve used Riverwatch Self Storage for 3 years now. They came highly recommended by several people and had the best reviews for the area that I was looking for. Jocelyn Childress and the staff are super helpful and friendly. They were available to answer any questions and helped me pick the unit size that fit my needs. The site itself is clean, safe (even while moving stuff in the evening hours), and affordable. I never had to worry about my stuff getting ruined by pests or water. All in all, they’re a 5 out of 5 for me!

The staff at Riverwatch Self Storage were very friendly and helpful. I was able to get my storage unit in about 20 minutes. The prices are very good as well. If you need a storage unit, I recommend Riverwatch Self Storage. I really feel that my belongings are safe and secure with all the security cameras they have monitoring the property.

Had to store two vehicles here for two years as my family was headed overseas. We had issues with our card at one point and they were willing to work with us while we dealt with that. When we returned both vehicles were where we left them. What more could you want? We had a very good experience with them!

I've been renting 2 spots here for nearly 5 years. The grounds are always immaculate, the staff is wonderful and the prices can't be beat. A+++ Go see them. Best SS in Augusta Ga. Get a carwash too. 😁
