First time here. The seating is Phenomenal. The isles are so big you don't have to lower your seat to let someone by. Reserve seating. The ability to use kiosk to purchase tickets cuts down on lines. It has a bar with plenty of seating that you can watch sports while your kid is at the movies. The refreshment counter is fast moving and has a large selection. The sound system and screen quality is amazing. My only complaint was that the mens bathroom needed some attention but after telling the manager he quickly had it attended too.

We had a great experience! The staff were great and kind enough to offer to take family photos! (I have tourist like behavior when comes to getting pictures if i need to.) The seating was amazing! Tons of leg room for the "big guy" you see in the photo. Being able to recline and take advantage of the foot rest was amazing. Totally worth the drive from Aiken to enjoy this level of comfort. The entire facility was clean and tidy, appeared well staffed and everybody we met was so nice. I'm guessing the costumes could have played a part, but not all of it. It is however, the first time I've had a theater applaud our family's entrance! It made my night! It was just a little taste of fame for us! We'll be returning again, but next time incognito mode! (BTW, we saw Beetle Juice if you didn't catch that!)

Please be nice to your customers. This is like the fourth time at this theatre where the employees working make me feel unwelcomed and like they have better things to be doing. I’m not even asking for something crazy, just a “hello how are you”, a simple greeting maybe even a smile, but instead tonight we got glares and flippant attitudes from people working if they even said anything at all to us. It’s one thing if we were the problem as customers, or if we were the ones being rude and setting the tone for the type of interaction we were going to have, but we weren’t. We were nice and friendly even if we didn’t receive that same hospitality in return from any of the employees we worked with. Especially the dude taking tickets. Just glaring at us as we approached, nonverbally holding out his hand for our tickets, and then flippantly pointing at the showing room and mumbling which one it was before continuing his conversation with other workers, girl… thanks I guess. Also, if you’re serving popcorn to customers, probably don’t wipe your runny nose on your forearm while you stand directly in front of the popcorn dispenser. It’s disappointing that this is the best theatre to watch movies at because the employees always seem to sour the experience. Please be nicer y’all.

Had the worst experience here tonight. The kiosks were all down so the employees were handling everything manually. There were people in our assigned seats when we got into the theater and the movie had already started. We noticed their tickets had the same seat number. I went to the customer service desk and tried to explain the situation to which an employee responded that the manager HAS to go check the tickets. I made it clear that I was not trying to continue disrupting the movie, I wanted to see what my other options were and potentially get a refund because at this point, we’re missing a lot of the movie! But once again this person insisted this was the process! Okay. So the manager comes back out with the person who was in our seats. Turns out, they were there on the WRONG DAY!! Smh. Anyways, I told the guy I don’t want those seats now… At this point it’s been like 30 minutes and I’ve missed too much of the movie (mind you I tried to avoid all of this!) He proceeds to catch an attitude with me saying I should have said that and complaining about how he went and got this couple out of their seats… although I’m the one being inconvenienced because those were in my MY SEATS! I was offered the next available movie but of course there were no available seats. All of this to say I am a loyal paying customer to riverwatch cinemas and I was extremely inconvenienced tonight and somehow made to feel like it was my fault. I hope that other couple enjoyed their movie.

Really disappointed because the menu online was very misleading stating you all serve wings and beef nachos. The only reason me and my boyfriend wanted to come was to have wings and beef nachos while watching the movie. We paid for tickets online to reserve our seats and still was very disappointed. I honestly would like a refund for the misleading online menu.
