Riverwatch Car Wash

*****WARNING********Why have a carwash open, if it is going to malfunction and nobody around to fix it?? To me this is robbery. Ecspecially, meaning I've done sent multiple emails, with not even the first response. I work hard for my money. So sad to see that some ppl don't have to. When they can sit back and take ppls money without any consequences. So unless you just want to throw your money away, then beware of this carwash!! And the BBB will be made very aware of this carwash.

Paid $16 for the ultimate wash. It started out normal then just stopped. Had soap all over my car and had to back out of the car wash. I looked at the screen where I paid and it said equipment currantly out of service. but it had taken my money not even 5 minutes before. I couldn't even rinse the soap off my car because the self serve bay wouldn't take the $1 coins I got from the car wash, and there's no number to contact anyone for a refund. Never again!!!

This is a very nice car wash. It offers 2 drive through wash bays that offer 4 or 5 different wash packages. There are also 5 or 6 DIY wash bays and another 6 stations for vacuuming and cleaning car interior. The location is always spotless. Very well managed and maintained.

I'd give less stars if possible. Had to spend 20 dollars there because one machine quit in middle of my wash and left soap everywhere. And I'm lucky the 2nd one didn't tear my mirrors off. Junk equipment. Looks nice buy functions like garbage. Also bent my tag. Never again!!

I am absolutely not happy anymore with this establishment. This is my second time Coming through I paid $16 and each time I never got my free vacuum coin and of course you can never get in touch with anyone
