A picture is worth a thousand words, so here’s two pictures a few words. There has been a leak in the bathroom ceiling for the past 18 months. I’ve submitted probably close to that number of maintenance requests for it to be fixed. Shown here is their latest “fix”. If you’re saying to yourself that looks like a trash bag stapled to the ceiling, you’d be correct. The other picture is the aftermath of that bag filling with water and debris until it could hold no more. If I could give zero stars, I world.

Awful experience renting with Rex. Please take your business elsewhere. Management was blatantly disrespectful and lied about the condition of the apartment upon the lease ending to keep the security deposit for themselves. I spent 2+ hours cleaning the apartment, yet management kept increasing the amount they would keep from the security deposit. A quick glance through the rest of these Google reviews will show a pattern of dishonest behavior on Rex's part in being greedy and keeping the security deposit in the name of "cleanliness." You are much better off renting from an honest landlord that has basic decency/principles when dealing with tenants.

Excellent Property Management Service from Start to Finish I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with this property management company. From the very beginning, their professionalism and attention to detail have been outstanding. I initially viewed the rental property over a Facetime call, which was convenient and thorough. When I visited in person, the property was exactly as described. Throughout my tenancy, I have never had a work order go ignored. The team is prompt and efficient in addressing any maintenance issues. They also keep me constantly updated on any necessary matters, ensuring a seamless and worry-free experience. I highly recommend any property this company is managing to anyone seeking a property for rent.

I rented through Rex Group for 2 years while in graduate school and had a great experience! Connie was very helpful in assisting me with finding the perfect unit for my needs as well as answering any questions I had. Any maintenance requests were resolved promptly and thoroughly. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend Rex Group to anyone looking to rent in the area!

I’ve been renting my apartment downtown since October of 21. I love the location but Rex Property does not take care of serious problems at all. My roof has been leaking since June of 2023. I have put in several work orders, called the office, and messaged Charley at Rex and nothing has been done to remediate this issue. I’ve been told several times that work will begin to fix the problem, but they never follow up or even seem to care that their property is being damaged by rain- let alone that it’s leaking into my unit. Really disappointing.
