Reliable air solutions is a great company! I recently had both systems changed out due to age and a little trouble with upstairs unit. The guys only took 5 hours to change out both a 2ton heat pump upstairs and a 3ton ac with gas heat downstairs. Both on the hottest day of the year and at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend, and do frequently !

So far Super! Brian came to talk to me about what was needed and provided options that I could choose best for me. Had to wait a while on unit to arrive; however, I was offered a free Freon charge to get me through a hot spell. Scheduling everything from Sales call to Install has been easy with either text or scheduling links and flexible availability. All of my questions were answered in a manner I could understand (not Tech-speak unless I asked for it). Invoicing, warranty etc. done electronically and copies provided via email for my records/reference. Everyone has been professional, knowledgeable and efficient. One slight glitch 24hrs after Install was promptly corrected and I feel like I can depend on Reliable for any future needs. Thank you all for your hard work—job well done!

For starters, I called a spoke with someone and he immediately got a tech out working 30 min. That was a relief! The guy who came out Waylon was a very polite end educated guy. He was nice n respectful. He did what was needed and told me to reach back out if I have any questions in the future. I also asked bout yearly service request to make sure I am keeping up with my AC unit needs. Thanks!

Reliable Air Solutions is the perfect name! They should also have courteous, timely, efficient and the best HVAC company added to that. My clients had another HVAC company scheduled with a window of 2 - 6, and they canceled at 2pm twice...on the scheduled day which was on a Friday. I called Brian and he understood the urgency of getting the inspection and cleaning so that my clients could close on time! Don't look elsewhere...

Brian and his crew did a great job with the installation and set up of our new Heat pump. They arrived on time and swapped out the new unit. They worked quickly and efficiently and in two and a half hours They had us up and running. We could not be happier with our dealings with Brian and his company. We highly recommend Reliable Air Solutions to anyone who need heating and air conditioning service. Five Stars!
