The teller Jennifer Hogan was rude and condescending. Very unprofessional with taking deep breaths and rolling eyes as if I was cashing a check she wrote. I simple went in to cash a money gram not knowing the majority of places don’t cash money grams anymore. Customer service is key.

Regions Bank Columbia Rd, has always been very friendly, everyone I’ve dealt with have seemed to love there job and anxious to help. It’s like everyone in the bank is a friend and all aspects of my banking has been great! Thanks Yall!
