Regions Bank

I use to work here and I bank here. Banks are open on Saturday to allow extended banking hours for employeed people who work during the week and can not make it to the bank to handle their business. With that being said, do not be rude when people come in to conduct their Saturday business! You should be accommodating to the best of your ability when an account holder comes in to deposit, even if it’s rolled change! If you can’t accommodate, why open for extended hours? Leave your attitude at home. You have a job to do. It’s what you are paid to do. You are a person who provides customer service!!!!

This branch has a bad aura of racism. From the minute I enter the brach the energy and customer service was uncomfortable. The staff treatment was clear my presence was unwanted. Surprisingly the treatment was from leadership. The branch President the lady who sit out front) and manager (Jackie). It’s disheartening to know that people you trust to handle your money, allow their bias and personal values to interfere with their obligations as professionals. No one, regardless of their race should experience the feeling of being judged or devalued. Equality in service should be this branch goal in serving their community/customers. Racism is evident in this branch and they can’t hide it. I have NEVER had a bad experience with regions in 20 years until I opened my teenage daughter account at this branch. I banked in Tennessee. Georgia for 4 years at the Augusta South Branch and I have no complaints with that location. Those older women need to retire. Allow some young , ,loving people have an opportunity to manager a judgmental free environment. Racism is evil. I pray those to managers are delivered from their corrupt heart. In Jesus name. .Amen.

The teller I dealt with was racist. She tried to act like she couldn’t pull up my saving accounts. She already had an attitude when I came in line & acted like she didn’t want to help me. Stated she needed my full social & I never have this issue at my local branch. She then said she’ll get someone else to pull it up. It’s ironic how the black lady was able to pull my accounts up easily with just my first & last name. Just like any other time. I will NEVER come back to this bank.

Miserable people that want you to be just as miserable. Terrible and lazy management.
