I don't know how in the world this place is open. I don't know who the health inspector is but they have to paying him to stay open. I ordered late night and my order wasn't right. I parked and went inside.🤢🤮😷. That carpet is so FILTHY AND SMELLS OF SOUR WHATEVER. WHY DO YOU HAVE CARPET IN A DINING AREA. ALL I CAN SAY IS CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN!!!

I do deliveries, so I let the staff know what order I was waiting there to pick up. There was no customers there when I arrived, then as customers came in, staff waited on everyone else like I was not there. I waited 20 minutes for my order of two sandwiches, then when I let them know I need the receipt (as it is a requirement for us to take picture of receipt for customer) the cook and one of the girls in front rudely said they don't have a receipt and cannot get me one. I have been very kind to this staff, even when they get orders wrong sometimes. Is a shame I will have to decline future assignments from them as I cannot afford this and they apparently do not believe in teamwork nor take any pride in their work.

I ordered on DoorDash and my entire order was COLD AND OLD. I had a mini chicken wing, my sandwich had NO toppings as requested, and I’m very disappointed about spending my money on this! You can look at the photo and see how dark and old these chicken wings are. HOWEVER, I called the restaurant and spoke with a manager, Destiny, and thru my frustration, she was MORE than polite and accommodating. This influenced the 3 star rating! She offered to remake the entire order for pickup the next day during her shift, which works for me. So I will be SURE to calculate the cost of both meals, and TIP her that amount. It’s one thing to serve distasteful food, but it’s another to go above and beyond to rectify the problem and maintain professionalism, and she did that. Give that young lady a RAISE. Thank you, Destiny!
