Raymond's Paint & Body Shop

Basically when I got my bumper back it had runs in it, they clearly didnt take there time taping up the places that were painted black, and when I brought the bumper back to get it fixed (50 minute drive) he didnt once apologize and agreed they would fix it knowing it wasn’t done correctly the first time. Getting it the second time (supposedly fixed everything) it looks better than before but still small runs and places where they just didnt take there time. It was poor on the owners part for not looking over the bumper to begin with at the giant errors you could obviously see 20 ft away from it. My personal advice dont take anything of yours there. You will be better off with a paint can from auto parts store.

Amazing team. They fixed my company vehicle perfectly. They beat the price off of the downtown augusta companies. I recommend this place for anyone!

I cannot speak of Raymond’s highly enough. I was in a time crunch to get my car fixed, and they graciously accepted it right away (weeks before other body shops would be able to look at it) and got to work immediately. They kindly answered all of my phone calls with patience and thoroughly answered my questions. They did an excellent job putting my car back together exactly as it was in the short time frame that I needed for an out-of-state move. I am so sad to be a thousand miles away now, but for those near by, you cannot go wrong with this family business! There is good reason they’ve been in business for over 50 years. The worst!!! I come in with a insurance check to get just the front bumper replaced first week of Feb. They say they're backed up until the 20th, I come back on the 20th and they haven;t even ordered the part yet. They say its gonna take another week, then when I come back a week. Now its gonna take another week to fix. Its takes a week to replace a bumper? A whole month wasted waiting on their incompetence. I wouldn't recommend anyone go there. Service is TERRIBLE.....I wish their was a negative stars
