After the last storm of 2024 that took out trees and lost power in most parts of Georgia. My girlfriend has been without a working heater from December 2024 and January 2025. Not to mention a working stove. I’m sure management is helpful but find a resolution is incredibly long.

WARNING! DO NO RENT THROUGH THIS COMPANY! I had to wait to be refunded after being told I had to vacate immediately due to the conditions, ie: unrepaired/unlevel flooring, bulging ceilings, cracks in doors, mold/mildew, at 2523 Rhodes Dr caused by their failure to repair. I had been in contact since day 1 of move in about different areas of the house having to be fixed and also turned in an inspection sheet. I was told that the floor probably wouldn't be fully repaired and that it was "safe" to say I would not fall through. I was also told that there would be no painting although it did need it. There are several soft spots in the floor throughout the house and especially in the master bedroom. There are also several places where the floor is bulging and "lumpy". The house had not been cleaned prior to move-in. I explained that I had already terminated my lease with my previous landlord so I had no choice but to move in with the understanding that the work would be finished within two weeks before I was having surgery. I stayed in contact daily about those issues. Going forth we asked if half rent would be accepted until repairs were done. That was agreed upon. On 9/4, we were told we would have to vacate immediately due to mold in the house. I spoke with Rheta explaining all concerns and issues and my concerns with not having the money to suddenly pack up and move. She did agree on 9/5/24 that she would give me back September's rent because it had not yet been deposited. She stated Jimmy would be calling first thing on 9/6/24 to discuss the refund for deposit & rent for July and Aug being that this house has not been "up to par" since move in., I think at this point we have been more than patient while waiting on repairs at 2523 Rhodes Dr. I have kept the conditions of the house as outlined by the lease agreement, kept clean, grass cut, and notified you of all repairs needed, . Since we moved into the property, there has been nothing but patchwork, but nothing ...

The staff was mostly friendly. Leaving 1 star because a tour requires you to apply (which is not refunded after) to the property BEFORE viewing. Realtors are salesmen. You’re not to be paid if a product isn’t bought, that’s just the nature of the business. Do not use realtors that require you to pay for a tour of a property you might not even want or like. $75 just to say “no thanks” is an expensive no.

Absolutely the best!! I received a promotion from my job and literally was looking everywhere for a place to live for me and my kids. I talked to Ms. Brandy and Ms. Rita and they were able to get us into a place we can call home ! I love have they kept a line of communication with me I didn’t have to keep blowing up their work phone about my application. I was completely honest with them and I love how they were honest with me. They don’t sugarcoat anything 🤣🤣 they keep it real from the very beginning and I think that’s what I liked about them when I first stepped in their office. We were literally traveling back in forth from GA to NC every other day looking for houses and apartments. This realty company was literally my last hope! I literally spent over $500 in application fees for apartments and etc. I’m so happy that they were able to help this transition for me and my kids 100x better ! And can’t wait to see what the future will hold with us doing business in the future. Thank you guys for everything 🥰😍

Don't go here to rent a house. We gave Ray Fredericks Realty $90 3 weeks ago. For an application fee. I called them back three or four times. They kept saying they would get back with me. They never got back with me. They took our $90 application fee and then never contacted us. That was very unprofessional. I don't recommend that anyone goes there.
