These ppl are unprofessional! They came and took my car while I was at Walmart and didn’t even have the decency to talk to me or anything! I had already been in contact with my finance company so a pick up could have easily been scheduled at any time! Taking the vehicle while I’m inside a store and completely unaware was unprofessional and unsafe. I literally just moved out here and don’t know the area well at all but I thank God that I had a way home. Pls do better

I’m not sure where all the mean reviews are coming from but when I called this morning regarding my car I was handled with the most warmest pleasant conversation about coming to get my vehicle. My dad got me there around 1030am and when we arrived we were greeted with nothing but kindness and a genuine smile. The guy got my paperwork and we even began talking about how it all happen and what I was going through with US AUTO sales and westlake. I was feeling embarrassed about being there but he even let me know he has been in my situation once to and I’m not the first and definitely won’t be the last. After signing the papers for my release he went and got my car and when he brought it I had already been experiencing a slow leak and because my car had been there over a week when I just said oh dang I’m have to get air in that tire be immediately was like oh wow if I saw that before I would have pumped that up. And let me just say it was not their fault about my tire it was like that before coming there. But he went straight to car and had a tire pump in there and even after getting my tire some air he gave me the air pump For me to keep. I know repo places are suppose to be a hassle and unprofessional and rude but even though I never wish to go through having my car towed again I was glad that it went to this place where it was cared for and even at the beginning of our conversation he even told me He was glad I was able to get it back! Seth was amazing and helped me out so much with getting my car back. Thank you again for your kindness and consideration. He specifically made the process of getting my car significantly easier. True statement: This company will break in your house/garage! Make sure you have cameras everywhere!

Idk what other people have experienced but from every call I made to this place, the representatives were kind and informative. I didn’t receive nasty attitudes like I anticipated after reading reviews. I don’t expect a towing place to have good reviews but my experience was okay. I’m just glad they didn’t make my life H3LL.
